The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage the following:
The development of acquaintance as the opportunity for service.
By promoting high ethical standards in our businesses and professions.
Service is one’s personal life, business and community life.
By gaining knowledge and understanding of international goodwill and peace.

Becoming a member of Rotary, you have the opportunity to serve in one of four Avenues of Service:
- Club Service: which involves all the activities of the club.
- Vocational Service: gives you the opportunity to represent the dignity and utility of one’s vocation to others in the club.
- Community Service: gives the opportunity to improve the quality of life in our community which might include youth, handicapped, the aged and those looking for a netter quality of life.
- International Service: Includes many programs and activities that advance international understanding, goodwill and peace. Meeting the humanitarian needs of people in many lands.
